The Cloverdale

The Cloverdale floor plan features 1670 sqft of finished living space, plus a two car garage. On the side of the garage is a poured concrete slab for parking one extra vehicle, rv, boat, or regular size truck. The interior features a nice entry living room with high ceilings and a gas fireplace. The family room, kitchen and dining area also feature high ceilings as well. The home has three bedrooms and two full baths with the master featuring a separate shower and deep soaking tub. The following Cloverdale model photos are an example of a home built in the past to give home buyers an idea of what the floor pan layout is like.  The finishes for future Cloverdales will be different then what you see in the photos here.
