Liberty Park

This brand new homes community is located just inside the city limits of Ferndale, WA. The area is also known as North Bellingham to the local residents. The neighborhood of Liberty Park starts where the completedmcommunity of Myers Estates ends. The street Myers Dr extends into Liberty Park heading west and ends in the cova sac called Myers Ct.

Liberty Park features 54 good size building lots ranging from 8,000-15,000 sq ft.  On our Liberty Park Lots page you can find information about each lot for the eventual home address's, what homes are to be built on each lot and the status of each lot.

The schools that serve Liberty Park include North Bellingham Elementary, Vista Middle School, and Ferndale High School. The school buses service this area for your school age children.

In 1994, Roosendaal-Honcoop Construction had the opportunity to purchase a ready a new homes community with lots ready ready to build and over the last 13 years have developed more than 14 proven home plans. Each one of these home plans have been modified based on the feedback of the current homeowner. To date more that 120 of these homes exist in Whatcom County, each meeting the needs of the family who lives there.

Currently, the project in progress is Liberty Park, a 52 lot neighborhood, with flat lots, nestled  close to Ferndale and North Bellingham.  Each of the homes on display feature design amenities uniquely different from any other in the neighborhood.  Although each of the homes include a gas fireplace, granite counters, large garages, gas heat, fully landscaped with irrigation and separate master suite,  the color scheme, cabinetry, wood finishes, and flooring differ with each new home.  If you are tired of the cookie cutter tracts you are seeing, come visit one of our weekly open houses.
