When Liberty Park was created, we decided at Roosendaal-Honcoop Construction to add four new floor plans to the mix of homes that we normally build in our new homes communities. All four homes are two story models and they all were named with the theme of the new neighborhood in mind. The four new homes are called the Patriot, Colony, Franklin, and the Bostonian model home. All four of these homes feature the master bedroom on the main floor and the extra bedrooms are located on the second floor.
