The next Palmer floor plan will be built on lots 35, 44, and 50 in the very near future. Those lots are also available to be reserved in order to build the Palmer floor plan as a pre-sale. The Photos below are from the current Palmer and are shown to give potential buyers an idea of what the rooms are like.
