Ferndale WA Open House Schedule
Liberty Park Homes community of 52 brand new homes has announced their open house schedule for 2007. The Ferndale WA new homes community will be holding open houses every weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 12:00pm to 4:30pm to the public. The model home for the Ferndale open houses will start in the Colony floor plan, located at 1413 Myers Drive. This home is for sale and available to be purchased as well. Roosendaal-Honcoop Construction, the custom home builder for Liberty Park, is currently building six homes and all of them are available for sale.

Jerry Campbell, Liberty Parks new home specailist is available during the week to show the Liberty Park homes by appointment. Please give Jerry a call at 360-739-7779 and schedule a private showing from 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday. He has Liberty Park packets of information about all the floor plans and details available. If your out of town and relocating to the Bellingham, Washington area, call Jerry and he can mail a Liberty Park homes packet to you.
New homes buyers will be able to purchase any one of the six homes currently under construction. Home buyers can also choose to reserve a lot for a home to be built in the near future. Go to the Liberty Park Lots page to see what home will be built on each lot thru-out Liberty Park. Simply choose a floor plan to you like, and a lot that has that floor plan pre-chosen for the lot and we can reserve the lot for you. Buyers do have to put up an earnest money reservation to hold the lot.
At the Liberty Park open houses you will be able to learn about all the available floor plans, particular specs for the homes currently under construction, and lots of detail provided by new homes specialist Jerry Campbell.
During the normal work week we have most of the homes open, as the sub contractors and RH Const workers are doing their finish work.
